This is a Halloween party I planned for the Big Brother's Big Sister's program for Johnson County. I am a partof the program as a Big. My little is Autumn is she is in the sixth grade now and is ten. I have learned a lot from her about how privileged I was growing up. There are so many people in this world that have nothing and wont ask for help. It is nice to help where I can.
Big brother's Big Sister's is a mentor program that allows underprivileged children spend time with an adult in hopes that they will make better choices in life and just have someone to tlak to and trust in their lives. You should check it out if you dont know about the program. They are all over the united states and are always in need of mentor's for children. Here is their website:

So anyway there is my soap box moment. This was for all the kids in the Johnson County area that in the program so that they could come and have fun for Halloween even if their parents couldn't afford costumes for them or pumpkins to carve. It was great!!!!! I hope you enjoy.

It got dark a lot faster than we had anticipated
We ate Pizza from Monetti's here in the burg, they donated three colossal pizza's for the three we bought. It was extremely generous since each pizza runs $20. SO thank you Monetti family.
Then we decorated Pumpkins that were also somewhat donated. I drove 45 minutes to this little Pumpkin patch in pleasant hill, mo. None of the big chains in the burg would help out at all, not even Wal-Mart. So I started calling around. These people had a ruff time with their crop and still were able to help us. They let us have $8 pumpkins for $1 a piece. They were amazing!

This was my birthday present from my parents. As we all know I am a freak about the Titanic. I love teh history, hard work and tragedy that surrounds it. So anyway, in Branson they made a replica. This is only half the size of the real ship but it was still amazing! They would not let you take pics inside do to copyright laws so all you get is the outside. But here ya go, enjoy!
